Creating design dialogue for a more vibrant and sustainable Santa Fe.
FASF’s mission is to advance civic engagement and constructive dialogue about design and the built environment. Our interdisciplinary events invite architects and allied professionals, the creative community, policymakers, and members of the public to participate in shared learning, critical thinking, and creative visioning about the future of Santa Fe.
architecture + urban tours
We offer walking, cycling, virtual, and behind-the-scenes tours of historic architecture, the contemporary built environment and the studios of architects who design it.
lectures + workshops
Our lectures and workshops provide an opportunity for expansive, inclusive and ongoing public dialogue about the design of our shared urban environment in Santa Fe.
civic engagement
Our ongoing programs such as design charrettes are blue-sky visioning exercises that explore contemporary design challenges. Through these and our other activities, we aim to highlight and provide a forum for civic and publicly engaging dialogue for improving our shared built environment.
Our Story

Today, our multidisciplinary board is comprised of architects and allied design professionals who are dedicated to advancing inclusive design dialogue about Santa Fe’s built environment.
